Of course, those folks whose children receiv...Hmm. Of course, those folks whose children receive reduced cost of free meals might as well go to PTA meetings. They don't have anything better to do, like go to one or more of their minimum wage paying jobs, like serve in the military, or take their shift as a policeman or fireman. The people in the jobs (or mcjobs) I just mentioned often make little enough money that their children qualify for reduced or free meals. Governor Andre Bauer:<br /><br />"If the intent of Lt. Gov.
